You worked so hard to make sure this was a seamless process. Even though there were plenty of wrinkles, (through no fault of your own), you worked so hard to get them ironed out. Also, we really appreciated you getting the bank to pay for the repairs on the home. We didn't even ask you to! We can not describe how wonderful it was to work with you.
